Rogue Tangent Entertainment, Ltd. was created in 2008 with the merging of Nick Ochoa's NEOFilm Productions, established in 2003, with Jonathan and Matthew Glassman's By the Seat of My Pants Productions, established in 2006. This new conglomeration, led by writer/director/editor Nick Ochoa, will continue to strive to create high quality, low budget films in the Orange County and Los Angeles areas.
